I am a cognitive psychologist, computer scientist, and musician. Currently, I am doing a PhD at Oxford University's Department of Computer Science, as part of the Social Machines project.

My research focuses on how people self-regulate their use of digital technology, and which design features can support self-regulation. Outside of academia, I play random instruments in The Karaoke Collective.

Aside from musical bookings with the Karaoke Collective, I may be available for freelance work or consultancy in relation to data analysis & visualisation, web development, teaching, and public speaking.
