8 studio apartments and 13 one-bedroom apartments with fully equipped kitchens with electric range and refrigerator, carpets, and drapes. Units specifically designed for persons with mobility impairments needing the special design features of the unit. Special design features include lower counters, sinks, stoves, light switches, and peepholes on main door of unit; higher outlets; showers that allow wheelchair access; wheelchair access below range top; 3-foot-wide doors and/or pocket doors; 5-foot turning radius; handicapped-width unit parking spaces; and ground-level units.

Community/recreation room and laundry room (1) equipped with coin-operated machines. Limited parking available.
QUALIFYING
Applicants needing the accessibility features of the units must be 18 years of age or older. Qualified applicants that are under the age of 18 must apply with parent or guardian. Contact us for further information.
