Although the field of property management encompasses a broad range of housing types, sizes and populations, Barcelon Associates Management Corporation has chosen to specialize in managing low-income housing properties.  The majority of the Asset Management properties that we manage are subsidized housing regulated by HUD, CalHFA, and/or local redevelopment agencies.  We do manage some properties that are not subject to government regulatory agencies, and in each of these properties a good percentage of our residents are recipients of local housing authority Section 8 vouchers.

We take pride in our long-term relationships with our clients knowing that the beneficiaries of our good service have been both the owners and the residents.  We have a number of clients that have been with us for 20 or more years.

In addition to the experience that Barcelon Associates, as a firm, has in managing properties for low-income individuals, couples, and families, our individual employees bring with them decades of faithful talent and work in the field of managing housing and communities for low-income persons.
